23-2-704. Unlawful to endanger life or cause damage. (1) It shall be unlawful for any person riding or using a passenger tramway to do so in such manner as to endanger the life and safety of other persons or cause damage to passenger tramway equipment.
     (2) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
