3-1-1501. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Commission" means the commission on courts of limited jurisdiction established by the supreme court.
     (2) "Judge" means:
     (a) a municipal court judge;
     (b) a justice of the peace; or
     (c) a city judge.
