33-17-1107. Prohibited relations with long-term care facility. An insurance producer that owns, manages, supervises, operates, maintains, or works in a long-term care facility as defined in 37-9-101 may not solicit, negotiate, transact, or effectuate a life or disability policy or certificate of insurance for a resident of a long-term care facility.
