33-22-1821. Waiver of certain laws. Except as provided in 33-22-1827, a small employer carrier may exclude any category of licensed health care practitioner and any benefit or coverage for health care services otherwise required by law or rule from a basic health benefit plan delivered or issued for delivery in this state.
