33-32-203. Appeal and assignment of claim. (1) A patient or provider affected by an adverse decision has at least 30 days in which to appeal or seek reconsideration of the adverse decision by the person conducting the utilization review.
     (2) A final decision on appeal or reconsideration must be made within 60 days of receipt of all relevant medical records by the person conducting the utilization review.
