35-18-502. Fees to be charged by secretary of state. The secretary of state shall charge and collect for:
     (1) filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation, $40;
     (2) filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment, $10;
     (3) filing articles of consolidation or merger and issuing a certificate of consolidation or merger, $10;
     (4) filing articles of conversion and issuing a certificate of conversion, $10;
     (5) filing certificate of election to dissolve and issuing certificate of election to dissolve, $10;
     (6) filing articles of dissolution and issuing certificate of dissolution, $10; and
     (7) filing certificate of change of principal office and issuing certificate of change of office, $10.
