35-19-103. Jurisdiction of public service commission. The public service commission has jurisdiction to choose and regulate a buying cooperative that obtains a default supplier license, as provided in 69-8-403. If a buying cooperative that has obtained a default supplier license has the opportunity to obtain federal power marketing administration power, the public service commission also has jurisdiction over the purchase and distribution of that power, as provided in 69-8-403.
