35-19-105. Name. (1) The name of each buying cooperative must include the phrase "electricity buying cooperative" and the abbreviation "inc."
     (2) The name of a buying cooperative must distinguish it from the name of another corporation organized under the laws authorized to transact business in this state.
     (3) The phrase "electricity buying cooperative" may not be used in the name of any corporation organized under the laws of or authorized to transact business in this state, except a buying cooperative transacting business in this state pursuant to this chapter.
