37-28-103. Board meetings -- procedure -- seal. (1) The board shall meet at least once a year and shall elect annually a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer from its membership. The board may convene at the request of the president or at other times the board determines necessary to transact its business.
     (2) The board shall adopt a seal by which the board may authenticate its documents.
