37-31-321. Issuance of licenses and certificates. If the board finds that an applicant for examination or for certificate of registration has complied with the requirements of this chapter and has paid the required fee, the board shall admit the applicant to examination and shall authorize the department to issue a license or certificate of registration to those who have successfully passed the examination or are entitled to the certificate of registration under this chapter.
