50-39-103. Inspections, examinations, and hearings authorized. When requested by the department of commerce, the department of justice shall conduct inspections of the applicant's business facilities and shall report to the department of commerce the results of its inspection. The department of commerce may consider the inspection report and conduct examinations or hearings to determine an applicant's qualifications.
