67-10-221. Airport property -- acquisition by eminent domain. In the acquisition of property by eminent domain proceedings authorized by this chapter, the municipality shall proceed in the manner provided by the laws governing eminent domain of the state of Montana. The municipality is not precluded from abandoning such proceedings in any case where possession of the property has not been taken.
