7-13-205. Sufficiency of description in resolution of intention. In all resolutions, notices, orders, and determinations subsequent to the resolution of intention and notice of improvement, it shall be sufficient to briefly describe the work of the solid waste management district and to refer to the resolution of intention for further particulars.
