7-13-2527. List of property owners. (1) A copy of the order creating the district must be delivered to the department of revenue.
     (2) The department shall, on or before August 1 of each year, prepare and certify a list of all persons owning class four property within the district and deliver a copy of the list to the board of trustees of the district.
