7-13-302. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Board" means the board of directors as provided in 7-13-305.
     (2) "Counties" means the commissioners of the counties creating the joint district.
     (3) "Joint district" means a joint solid waste district created through the procedures outlined in this part.
