7-13-304. Municipalities authorized to contract with joint districts. Joint districts may enter into agreements to provide solid waste disposal services but not collection services to municipalities located in adjoining counties that do not participate in the district. An agreement is subject to the approval of the county commissioners in the county in which the municipality is located.
