7-14-208. Notice of hearing. (1) A notice of the public hearing required by 7-14-207 must be published in a newspaper having general circulation within the proposed transportation district or addition to the district once each week for at least 2 weeks, the last publication to be at least 2 weeks prior to the hearing. If there is not a newspaper having general circulation within the proposed district or addition, the notice of public hearing must be posted in at least three public places within the proposed district for 2 weeks prior to the hearing.
     (2) The notice must state the time, date, place, and purpose of the hearing and describe the boundaries of the proposed district or addition.
