7-14-2706. Notice of meeting. The county clerk shall immediately notify the county road superintendent of the meeting and shall cause a notice thereof to be published as provided in 7-1-2121. The notice shall state in general terms the kind of construction or improvement sought and the place of beginning, intermediate points, and termination.
