7-2-4603. Notice of election. (1) The council or legislative body shall publish notice of the election as provided in 13-1-108.
     (2) Such notice shall distinctly state the proposition to be submitted, i.e., that it is proposed to annex to, incorporate in, and make a part of such municipal corporation the territory or territories sought to be annexed, specifically describing the boundaries thereof.
     (3) The notice of election shall designate the date of the election.
