7-21-3305. Notice of rules and days of operation. The rules adopted for the government of the county market, together with a notice of the market days in each week, shall be published by the county commissioners once in each year in every newspaper printed and published in their respective counties for a period of not less than 2 successive weeks, the first publication thereof to be made not less than 2 weeks prior to the opening of the markets established hereunder in each county and the future annual publications thereof to be made at such time as may be ordered by the boards of county commissioners.
