7-21-3432. Effect of failure of county commissioners to meet or take action. If the county commissioners fail to hold the joint meeting or fail to take any action, then the budget certified by the secretary of the fair district is approved without further action and, subject to 15-10-420, the sums of money apportioned to the county must be the sums to be raised by special levy for this purpose.
