7-32-128. Meetings. Meetings of the commission shall be held upon call of the chairman, the vice-chairman in the absence or inability of the chairman, or a majority of the commission members. Hearings in all cases involving employee discharge or termination shall be held upon request of any employee so discharged or terminated.
