7-6-1549. Conduct of election on question of dissolving resort area district -- qualification of electors. (1) The election on the question of dissolving the resort area district must be conducted as provided by Title 13 with respect to general and school elections, except as otherwise provided by 7-6-1531 through 7-6-1550.
     (2) The qualifications for electors described in 7-6-1538 apply for electors on the question of dissolution.
