85-7-1506. Liability of officers. For any willful violation of any express duty hereunder on the part of any officer herein named, he shall be liable upon his official bond and be subject to removal from office by proceedings brought by any tax or assessment payer of the district in the district court of the county wherein the office of the board of commissioners of the district is located.
