85-7-1615. Manager of operations. The board of control shall have the power to hire a manager to supervise and conduct the operations of the district or districts over which it presides or to hire a manager for each district under its supervision, whichever it deems advisable in the premises. The manager or managers shall perform all duties as set out for him or them by the board of control.
