87-1-114. Disposition of proceeds. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), all money collected by a court pursuant to 87-1-111 through 87-1-113 and 87-1-115 must be remitted to the state treasurer for deposit in the state special revenue fund account to the credit of the department for hunter education purposes or for enforcement.
     (2) Money collected pursuant to subsection (1) in excess of $60,000 annually must be remitted to the state treasurer for deposit in the state general fund.
