13-16-413. Recount of votes cast by machine. The recount board shall remove the seals from the voting machines in all precincts where a recount is required and proceed to record the votes cast for all candidates or on all ballot issues for which the recount is ordered in the same manner as the count is made after the closing of the polls. Any paper ballots voted in the precincts shall be recounted as prescribed in 13-16-412.
