15-53-201. (Temporary) Advanced telecommunications infrastructure tax credit -- definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Advanced telecommunications infrastructure" means high-speed, dedicated or switched, broadband telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality voice, data, graphics, and video telecommunications using any technology.
     (2) "Department" means the department of commerce.
     (3) "Telecommunications services provider" means a provider of telecommunications services that is registered with the state and owns or will construct advanced telecommunications infrastructure in this state. (Terminates July 1, 2004--sec. 8, Ch. 534, L. 1999.)
