15-70-336. Criminal penalties. (1) A person violating any provision of this part, except 15-70-311 through 15-70-314 and 15-70-321, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days or more than 6 months, or both.
(2) The fine and imprisonment provided for in this section is in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other provision of this part.
