15-70-511. Licensing of alcohol distributors. Every alcohol distributor, prior to doing business, shall file with the department an application for a license, using forms prescribed and furnished by the department and setting forth such information as may be requested by the department. Upon approval of the application, the department shall issue the distributor a nonassignable license that continues in force until surrendered or canceled.
