16-3-212. Brewers' or beer importers' sales to wholesalers lawful. It shall be lawful for any licensed brewer to sell or deliver beer manufactured by him to any licensed wholesaler. It shall be lawful for any licensed beer importer to sell or deliver beer imported by him to any licensed wholesaler.
