16-3-404. Monthly report of table wine distributor. Every licensed table wine distributor shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month, make an exact return to the department of revenue of the amount of table wine purchased or acquired by him during the previous month, the amount of table wine sold and delivered by him during the previous month, and the amount of inventory on hand in the manner and form as shall be prescribed by the department. The department shall have the right at any time to make an examination of the table wine distributor's books and of his premises and otherwise check the accuracy of such return or check the alcoholic content of table wine which he may have on hand.
