17-2-121. Deposits by insurance commissioner. Except as provided in 33-2-708, all fees, miscellaneous and examination charges, fines, penalties, and those amounts received pursuant to 33-2-311, 33-2-705, or 50-3-109 collected by the insurance commissioner pursuant to Title 33 and the rules adopted to implement Title 33 must be deposited in the general fund.
