17-5-603. Bids and contractor's bond. The board of examiners shall call for bids for the construction of and for the landscaping and paving around said addition to the employment security building and let contracts for the same, all in accordance with the laws of Montana. Said board shall require the contractor to give bond to the state in such amount as the board may determine, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties and contract.
