17-5-611. Bond issue for employment security buildings throughout state. The board of examiners is hereby authorized to issue and sell bonds for the purpose of purchasing land, landscaping, and paving said land as is necessary and for the purpose of erecting employment security commission office buildings in the following locations:
     (1) employment security commission (employment service building), Great Falls, Montana;
     (2) employment security commission (employment service building), addition, Billings, Montana;
     (3) employment security commission (employment service building), Missoula, Montana;
     (4) employment security commission (employment service building), Helena, Montana.
