19-1-603. Limit on use of account. The contribution account shall be used and administered exclusively for the purpose of this chapter. Subject to the provisions of 19-1-602, withdrawals from the account shall be made solely for payment of amounts required to be paid to the secretary of the treasury of the United States pursuant to an agreement entered into under 19-1-401 and 19-1-402, payment of refunds provided for in 19-1-702, and refunds of overpayments, not otherwise adjustable, made by a political subdivision or instrumentality.
