19-18-514. State treasurer to pay warrants. The state treasurer is hereby authorized and directed, upon the presentation to him of a warrant drawn pursuant to this chapter, to pay to the treasurer of the city or town, out of moneys in the state special revenue fund dedicated for such purpose, the amount of such warrant specified, which amount shall be paid by said city treasurer to said fire department relief association.
