20-6-214. Boundary adjustments in elementary school districts. The trustees of an elementary school district may, by resolution, request a change in the boundaries between their district and an adjacent district. The resolution shall be addressed to the county superintendent of schools who, upon receiving such a resolution, shall proceed as set forth in 20-6-213.
