23-5-622. Tampering with video gambling machine -- penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of tampering with a video gambling machine if he purposely or knowingly manipulates or attempts or conspires to manipulate the outcome or payoff of a video gambling machine by physical tampering or other interference with the proper functioning of the machine.
     (2) A violation of this section is a felony and must be punished in accordance with 23-5-162.
