25-1-1103. Fee -- duration of certificate. (1) A certificate of registration as a process server must be accompanied by a fee of $100 at the time the certificate is filed. The fee must be forwarded by the clerk of district court to the department of revenue for deposit in the state general fund.
     (2) A certificate of registration is effective for a period of 2 years from the date of filing. A new certificate must be filed upon expiration of a certificate, and a new registration fee must accompany the new certificate.
