Rule 9(d). Official document, act, ordinance or statute. In pleading an official document or official act it is sufficient to aver that the document was issued or the act done in compliance with law. In pleading any ordinance or regulation of any county, city, village, or other political subdivision of this state, or any special, local or private statute, or any right derived therefrom, or the laws of another jurisdiction, it is sufficient to refer to the ordinance, regulation, statute or law by its title and the date of its passage, or by the appropriate designation in the official or recognized compilation thereof.
