Rule 19. Record of commissions and oaths.
(a) Commissions and oaths. The commissions and oaths of the justices and the clerk of this court, and the attorney general shall be recorded in the records of this court.
(b) Minutes of court. The minutes of this court shall be approved by the chief justice (or in the chief justice's absence by the associate justice having the shortest term to serve), and attested by the clerk.
