27-18-303. Order of execution when several writs against same defendant. The sheriff must endorse upon each writ of attachment received by him the time when the same was received, specifying the day, hour, and minute. The writ of attachment first placed in the hands of the sheriff must be executed first, and when there are several writs against the same defendant, they must be executed in the order in which they were received by the sheriff.
