3-5-505. Register of criminal actions. The clerk of the district court shall keep a book called "Register of Criminal Actions", which must have a proper index and in which must be entered the title and number of the action with a memorandum of every paper filed and order or proceeding had therein, with the date thereof, and a memorandum of the name of every witness, the number of days he attended, and his witness fees.
