32-1-906. Informal conferences -- time for application. Within 15 days after service of the notice of charges, either the board member, officer, or other person may request an informal conference to discuss the charges and the possible disposition of them without formal hearing process. The conference shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 2-4-603. Upon a proper showing the director in his discretion may withdraw charges and proceedings for a cease and desist order.
