35-1-1207. License fee. (1) In addition to the filing fee authorized by 35-1-1206, the secretary of state shall charge and collect from each domestic corporation a license fee at the time of:
     (a) filing its articles of incorporation;
     (b) filing articles of amendment; and
     (c) filing articles of merger or consolidation.
     (2) The license fee for domestic corporations must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.
     (3) In addition to the filing fee authorized by 35-1-1206, the secretary of state shall charge and collect from each foreign corporation a license fee at the time of filing an application for a certificate of authority to transact business. The fee must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.
