37-12-307. Renewal of license -- fees. A license expires on the date set by department rule and must be renewed by the department on payment of a renewal fee, as set by the board, and the presentation of evidence satisfactory to the board that the licensee qualifies for renewal. All applicants for renewal who have not paid the renewal fee on or before the renewal date shall pay an additional late fee prescribed by the board.
