37-22-303. Issuance, effective date, and display of license. (1) Upon successful completion of the examination required by 37-22-301 or upon demonstration by a person that he is exempt from examination and has otherwise fulfilled the requirements of 37-22-301, the applicant must be issued a license attesting to the date and fact of licensure. The license is effective on the date of issuance and expires December 31 of each year.
(2) The license must be displayed in the registrant's place of business or employment.
