37-24-308. Renewal of license. Each license issued under this chapter is subject to annual renewal on the date set by department rule upon the payment of a renewal fee and expires unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the rules of the board. The board may provide for the late renewal of a license upon the payment of a late fee in accordance with its rules, but a late renewal of a license may not be granted more than 5 years after its expiration.
