37-3-302. Certificate to specify practice permitted. The certificates issued shall state the extent and character of the practice that is permitted and shall be in the form prescribed by the board. Neither the privileges granted to nor the obligations imposed upon licensees may be altered except by legislative enactment or by action of the board duly authorized hereunder.
